All services provided by the Centre are professional, appointment-based, and personalised healthcare or allied healthcare services. Fees are charged for the reservation of clinician time, clinical expertise, preparation, and use of facilities, irrespective of actual attendance.
Appointments cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Refunds for unused sessions may be considered only under the circumstances outlined in this policy.
Requests for refunds relating to unused sessions may be considered for the following reasons:

This policy is framed in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
In such cases, the Centre (SPARRC) will provide reasonable cooperation and transaction references where available, but cannot guarantee timelines beyond its control.
